Welcome to July members.  It seems more like April with all this recent rain.  Due to the recent rains we have experienced an unusual amount of growth in the grass and trees.  I would like to ask for the cooperation from all the members (new and old) to assist with the maintainance of the field.  We do not want to have to contract labor if we can do it ourselves.  *And I don't think it is fair for the same two people to cut grass and clean up.  We must remember this is a club of many and all should take part in the appearance of the field.

*We will also be having a meeting this Sunday (July 8th) to discuss field safety and the addition of "safety fencing" of the roof area.  Safety issues will also be discussed.  Please be in attendance.

FIELD DUES:

Please check with Luis to see if you are up to date with your monthly dues.  We have just over $700 dollars saved in the club fund and several members are still pending from last year.  We must raise more money to keep up with rent, maintainance and future field projects.  ie (safety fence).

Fourth of July Flying:

Members have decided to fly on the Fourth of July.  Hopefully the weather will hold up.  If you are interested please feel free to come and join us.
